How will my order be delivered?
EllisCrib.com offers nationwide delivery within the contiguous United States. Deliveries within the greater Los Angeles area are usuaully completed within 5 days or less. These deliveries are made using our own fleet of trucks. For those customers who live outside of the Los Angeles area, we usually use Home Direct USA & FedEx Ground to fulfill orders. FedEx generally ships the smaller items under 150 lbs and Home Direct USA generally ships the oversized items. Orders usually ship out and leave our warehouse within 3 days. Items shipped via Home Direct USA usually take between 7 to 14 business days to arrive to the customer’s home. Before arrival, Home Direct USA will call the customer 48 hours in advance to schedule a delivery time. Items shipped via FedEx will normally take 5 business days or less to arrive to a the customer's home. FedEx does not normally call in advance to schedule a delivery. If the customer is not home, FedEx will generally leave the package at the front door with no signature required.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is picked up from our warehouse for delivery we will email you your tracking information so that you can track your order online.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are produced and/or shipped at no charge. However, if the order has been produced and/or shipped the customer will incur all inbound and outbound shipping charges associated with returning the product back to its shipping origin. Customer will also incur a 15% re-stocking fee charged by the manufacturer. When the product has been received and inspected a refund will be issued to the purchase credit card minus the 15% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged? Products may be returned without surcharge under the following conditions:
Product has been damaged during shipping and is no longer in flawless condition.
Product contains blemishes accredited to manufacturer defects.
Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no additional cost. All damaged products must be reported to the customer service department no longer than five days after delivery has been completed.
Will my furniture be assembled for me?
All items delivered within the greater Los Angeles area will be fully assembled at your home. Our drivers cannot move existing furniture nor dispose of it. Normal set up includes attaching mirror supports, reversing drawer hardware, and assembling beds and dining room tables. They are not equipped to dust, hang mirrors on walls, assemble baby beds or waterbeds, level furniture on carpet, or cut bed slats. EllisCrib.com cannot be responsible for any damage to furniture, floors, or walls in the event a piece of furniture is too large to fit into your residence or weighing over 400 pounds. Please take measurements and make certain that the piece(s) will fit before our driver arrives. Also note that if your home is not accessible to our truck, it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home. Can I ship my order in stages?
Delivery of your order will be made at one time. If you require part of your order to be shipped in stages, please let us know at the time of setting up your delivery date and we will do our best to comply. Additional charges may apply.

What warranties do you offer on Furniture?
Many products sold at EllisCrib.com come with a manufacturer's warranty, which may vary in length from three months up to five years depending on the manufacturer. Details of the warranty cover will also depend on other factors, such as the type of product, the problem that you are experiencing, and where the item is now located. If the product(s) you order come with a manufacturer's warranty, we recommend that you take the time to review it closely so that you know exactly what level of coverage that is being offered. EllisCrib.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these policies, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates. Further details on manufacturers’ warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Call or e-mail us if you have further questions; we will be glad to help. Keep in mind that the manufacturers warranties do not cover labor or transportation beyond one year; even a "lifetime" warranty covers the replacement parts only.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Customers must inform EllisCrib.com that they would like to return an item within 15 days of receiving merchandise. Customers will incur all shipping expenses associated with shipping products to and from origin. Customer will incur a 15% re-stocking fee charged by the manufacturer. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all hardware, instructions, and parts. Products damaged not as a direct result of shipping cannot be returned. Assembled products cannot be returned. All returned products will be inspected for damages before a refund is issued. When the product has been received and inspected a refund will be issued to the purchase credit card minus the 15% re-stocking fee.
